We base ourselves in El Chaltén, hiking to Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre in flexible weather windows — sunrise missions, glacier days and long evenings with wine and photo reviews.
Built for hikers with solid fitness; no technical climbing required. I shoot throughout — every guest goes home with a personal photo set and a group film of the expedition.
Twelve days in total: 6 days on the Argentinian side around El Calafate, El Chaltén and the Fitz Roy area, followed by 6 days on the Chilean side to explore the region from there.
Itinerary
- Day 1–6 Argentina — El Chaltén & Fitz Roy The Argentinian part will include quite a lot of camping, with El Chaltén as our base. We will do a four-day hike with three nights camping in the mountains. The remaining nights on the Argentinian side will be based in El Chaltén.
- Day 7–12 Chile — mountain hotels The remaining nights on the Chilean side will be spent in beautiful mountain hotels while exploring the region.

Photos & Film
At the end of the trip, there will be a full photo gallery for the whole group. Most likely, everyone will also have some personal pictures, but there will definitely be a shared group trip gallery that everyone can access and use for personal purposes.
There will also be one official aftermovie of the expedition, created and published by me, together with a selection of social media frames that you can share on your own channels. The final content will be delivered no later than two weeks after the trip.
All delivered photos, videos, and social media frames can be shared and re-edited for your own personal use. When publishing any of the content, Ben Tischhauser must always be credited and tagged as the photographer/content creator.
